ORA-28547

During Oracle Software Installation
Ora-28547 + Ora-24324 + Ora-01041
Suggestion :
Install Oracle Software with LOCAL ADMINISTRATOR A/C. instead of DOMAIN USER with ADMIN PRIVS.

During DBCA
edit sqlnet.ora file entry
sqlnet_authentication.services = (NONE)
instead of (NTS).

comment out starting line with PROGRAM in LISTENER.ORA file.
