I wanna to do this oracle linux certification. My Question is - is it necessary to take the training for this course or we can do it self by studying specified book of this courses.

Yes you can do it.
It is not neccessary to take classes from oracle crop.
You can do study by your own or by any others centres and take online exam from any oracle authorized prometric centre.
