Unable to file export data from form

Dear All,

sometime you can face the similar problem where you can't able to export data file from oracle application form.

when selecting FILE/EXPORT the data appears to export but the dialog box (to open or save) never appears.

Cause: BUG

Solution:

1. Run $FND_TOP/patch/115/sql/afupdlob.sql to drop the index.
2. Then run $FND_TOP/sql/aflobbld.sql to build the FND_LOBS table.
3. Retest for File > Export
