Today I come across the following error message during shutdown the our production db.
ORA-00600[librarycachenotemptyonclose]
when i search on metalink i found it is due to BUG.
our database version is 10.2.0.4 on linux AS3 update 4.

The bug will FIXED in 11g.
Temporary workaround:
1. shutdown abort + startup + shutdown normal
2. before shutdown kill all NON-SYS session through alter system kill session ''''';

Whow... Well, I hope you don't have to do a lot of shutdown's on that database.
