Discoverer 10g (10.1.2) Connections To Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Fails With 'Invalid Username/Password'

While connecting from Discoverer (Installed on windows machine). and Oracle application installed on linux machine getting following error message:

Even other application user & TOAD we are able to connect.

Reason: This is a BUG

Solution: Apply needful patch
