Intermittent TNS-12570 on Application server [ID 556964.1]

OS: Windows
11gr2.

Fatal NI connect error 12570, connecting to:

 (LOCAL=NO)

TNS-12570: TNS:packet reader failure

Receiving above error in the alert.log file after that searched on metalink and found following solution:
The Database server sqlnet log shows :

ns main err code: 12637
        TNS-12637: Packet receive failed
        ns secondary err code: 12547
        nt main err code: 0
        nt secondary err code: 0
        nt OS err code: 0  

Changes

Recently Installed security update MS05-019 or Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 on the Appliction server..

Cause

This is due to the bug in the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SP1.
Installing security update MS05-019 or Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 may cause network connectivity between clients and servers to fail

Solution
